Eva Maria Daniels is a film producer and financier focused on developing original content with socially relevant themes. She launched Eva Daniels Productions in New York in 2010.

Since then Eva has produced nine feature films, all of which were acquired by major distributors, and all premiered at the industry’s top film festivals.

Most recent films include REALITY, directed by Tina Satter and starring Sydney Sweeney, which premiered at Berlinale in 2023 and purchased by HBO; JOE BELL, directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and starring Mark Wahlberg and Reid Miller, which premiered at TIFF in 2020 and received a wide theatrical release by Roadside Attractions in 2021; and HOLD THE DARK, directed by Jeremy Saulnier and starring Jeffrey Wright

 

and Alexander Skarsgard, which premiered at TIFF in 2018 and received a worldwide release by Netflix that same year.

Eva is currently in development with several films in partnership with longterm collaborators, A24, and others. Prior, Eva was an Executive Producer at Company 3, a New York and Los Angeles based post production company. Prior to Company 3, Eva worked as a Producer for The Mill, a London based post production company.

Eva is originally from Iceland where she studied business and philosophy at the University of Iceland and completed an additional degree in film production from KBH Film & Fotoskole in Copenhagen in 2003.
